A few tests which got nowhere near to exploring the problem. My complaint was merely dealt with, by contracted-out technicians, in a subjective manner. You feel as if you are sleeping on a slope which gravitates towards the middle of the bed. In a nutshell, the bed is totally unsupportive. It has proven to perform very unsatisfactorily.
I purchased a bed which was completely different in support and comfort when compared with the showroom model. It seems any complaint is merely deflected towards the vendor. Be very wary when purchasing a Hypnos bed, as others on this website have suggested.
